This is a privately owned estate featuring a family house of traditional algarvian style and a 1 bedroom apartment situated in a quiet and rural setting close to Albufeira, in the Algarve. It is within walking distance of the village of Guia and only a short drive away from the stunning sandy beaches of Galé and Salgados (6km).

From your living room window you will enjoy the warm orange colored sky as the sun sets through the delicate silhouette of the beautiful olive tree just outside your door. The main access of your apartment is next to the family house.

 

The apartment is composed of a generous open plan living / dining room with access to the back patio of the house, where we have a typical wooden oven. Help yourself of some wood stored nearby and experience cooking your very own home made bread!

 

From this back patio shaded by an ancient pepper tree you will be able to access the Açoteia (top patio) which is another typical architectural feature of traditional homes in the Algarve. Here we will create a lounge area for you to enjoy the view whilst sipping a drink.

 

In the living room you will have a modern chaise lounge sofa-bed facing the entrance windows and another comfortable lounge chair with ottoman in white leather to relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere, providing both a comfortable and trendy feel.
